Warn people when they are shouting

A lot of people talk too loud, causing clipping and poor voice quality.

Also, for their family and coworkers around them, they have to hear them yelling into the computer all day.

Please add a warning to Teams so that when the microphone is clipping, Teams tells people to talk softer.
