Voice applications policies

While navigating in the Teams admin center, I found out this new section added (Voice applications policies) to the voice blade that allows the Teams admin to permit assigned users to control some settings in Auto Attendant and Call Queue.

General availability for all customers is scheduled for the end of April, 2023.
