Visual notification of meeting tchat async questions

During a presentation,
- the presenter is often stressed and doesn't necessarily think to open the chat area.
- listeners often ask asynchronous questions in the chat so as not to interrupt the presenter.

- the presenter doesn't "realize" that there are questions.

Would it be possible to have a visual way to make the presenter aware that questions are urgently unanswered on the topic being discussed? I'm thinking of a dedicated emoji (bubble tchat) or a visual counter of the number of messages posted in the chat area.

The goal is to add a visual without interrupting the presenter and without forcing them to open the chat area, which would take up their visual space.

The "raised hand" has a different purpose: asking them to "speak," whereas questions don't necessarily mean speaking.
