Video playback in a Teams meeting

When hosting a meeting in Teams, what is the best way to play a video for attendees so that they are able to hear audio from a video? Thanks.

Share your screen and select to include system audio, then you can play the video and other participants in the meeting will hear the audio from that video. This is currently only available with the Windows Teams client.

  So I see the setting to share my sound now and participants can hear the video that i'm playing be they can't see the video.

    KevinWheeler2024 Same problem I have, trying to use Teams for virtual training sessions but the only way I can get video to play on the trainee side is for them to select play - no idea how that actually works
