thank you for your advice.
I'm already using browser version of Teams, just because of the issue, but in the browser, there are other problems, for example screen share of other users in meetings is not synced properly and sometimes it get stuck and I have to leave and re-enter the meeting.
Never the less, this is not solution how to solve this issue on Linux client.

Yes the browser version of Teams has issues too. Your best option is to report this issue via uservoice for Teams.
