Lizzyl1681 I'm not sure, but I think this feature is limited on a personal version vs a licensed business version. In any case, check this out and at the bottom there is a box to ask questions: Change your background for a Teams meeting (microsoft.com)
You can also seek tech support assistance at answers.microsoft.com, where there are authorized Microsoft agents available to further troubleshoot with you until your issue is resolved
