User disappears from Team when demoted from owner to member

I've just demoted myself as an owner of a team to a member and now the team seems to have disappered of my list.

The teams admin panel shows I am a still member. Anyone know what happened here?
Is there anyway to get visibility back?

 

 

 

 

  • There are some issues with the Admin center atm, so it might just be that. Plus, many changes in Teams are not instantaneous, and will only be reflected after a while.

     

    Another thing that comes in mind is dynamic membership - if you demote an owner of a team using dynamic membership, he will be removed from the team unless the membership rule includes him. This doesn't seem to be your scenario, but I thought I'd put it out there.

  • Try switching back to winter and the to member again! Is it the same in web client as in desktop?

      adam deltinger Yeah. Same in both clients.
      Reappears when I'm an owner, disappears when I'm a member.

        Daleos A bit more testing....

        Demoting using the Teams Admin Center causes the problem.

        Demoting using Teams itself is fine.

         

        A bug maybe?
