Hello , did you find a solution for this? I am in healthcare. We are interested in putting patients into a check out queue as opposed to going to the front desk to check out. The Exam Room would be a licensed resource, the provider would put the room into the queue upon completion, and the patient would wait there until someone answered from the queue. (first in, first out) Apparently this is a new concept.
