Uploaded Manifest not showing

I have a teams tenant and I tried to upload a App Manifest via admin.teams.microsoft.com via the Teams app -> Manage Apps. The upload looks successful but for some reason I can't find the app. I tried a couple of times where 2 of the apps wasn't showing in the admin portal but was showing in the teams store.

Any ideas?
