Unable to unlink University Microsoft Teams account
I had a MS Teams account with my University email, and I could not login to it anymore after gruaduating.
However, everytime I want to join a MS Teams call via browser, it will redirect to the University sign in page as shown below (no matter if I use incognito window/ use Chrome/ Safari).
Please let me know how could I unlink the University Teams account to my laptop so that I can have a normal sign in page.
Thanks a lot!!

Hi Rexchoicnaw ,
You may need to clear your browser's cache and cookies to resolve the problem. Here's how you can do that:
1. Open your preferred browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari).
2. Clear the cache:
- In Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data. Select the "Cached images and files" option and click "Clear data."
- In Safari: Go to Safari > Clear History. Choose "all history" from the drop-down menu and click "Clear History."3. Clear cookies:
- In Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data. Select the "Cookies and other site data" option and click "Clear data."
- In Safari: Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy. Click on "Manage Website Data" and then remove any entries related to Microsoft Teams or your university. After clearing the cache and cookies, try accessing Microsoft Teams again and see if it resolves the issue.
Also, use the link below to signout or remove your university teams account from the laptop:
with this you should be able to solve the problem.
