Unable to eDiscover / Content Search any messages from Teams Shared Channels

Hi Andres, yes, Microsoft Support confirmed that this function is not available and they are looking into the discrepancy in the website documentation. Its just surprising that such a basic compliance requirement of keeping records of messages is not available. Its quite misleading and poses a big operational risk to companies who assume that the functionality is available based on the documentation, only to find that there are no compliance records of these messages when they really need to produce these records.
