Reecebonney  I'm seeing the same issue on one person today. Just recently set them all up on Teams Phone. Others in the company can add people to the Quick Access or speed dial but not this user. No one shows up in the Quick Access after adding a person and if you go to the People App and try to add a contact to the speed dial the option is grayed out.

Reecebonney  I was able to figure out the issue. I narrowed it down to the contacts being the problem. You cannot add a user to Quick Access if they exist in your Contacts already. You have to go to Contacts, click on the 3 dots in there contact and then add it to the Quick Dial from there. Unfortunately, in my issue with one user, those options were grayed out. You could edit and delete but not much more than that. I was able to add users who were not in the Contacts, so it finally dawned on me to delete one of the contacts that had grayed out options. I did that then went to the Quick Access and added the person back in. That worked and recreated the contact in Contacts. I did the same for the others that had grayed out options and now all users in the company are showing in the Quick Access list. It appears that those employee contacts that were copied over from Outlook had an issue so deleting and recreating fixed that issue.
