Unable to add people to speed dial list
Hi , I have a user who is currently having issue with his speed dial in Microsoft teams. AudioCodes C450HD With Expansion Module - Speed dial problem
Hi Audicodes C450HD with Expansion Screen and the March update -1449/1.0.94.2022030501 - This causes a expansion screen problem - The 2x phones I have updated have had the same issues the 2 I have not updated are still working fine. All the text is missing from the speed dial section. Tried reboot and turning Light/Dark mode on and off still not working - Also when changing from light to dark mode the main screen/Expansion screen stay on light mode. Anyone else have any ideas on what I can try? Thank you
"Other Contacts" in Teams Calling
Will someone explain to me the purpose of "Other Contacts" in Teams? Whenever I add a person to Speed Dial, it always adds it to Other Contacts which to me is very frustrating. I already have it added to Speed Dial, why would I want it in Other contacts? It causes extra work when this happens. Now I have to delete each individual after adding them to Speed Dial. I would really like to understand the logic behind this please. Thank you
