Unable to add custom apps in Teams Admin Center

Hi all, 

Since a few days I'm not able anymore to upload custom apps in the Teams Admin Center. When I try to upload the Viva Connections zip file, created with PowerShell, I see the error 'we can't upload the app. Try again'. We use this quite a lot and never had issues. 

Anyone else experiencing the same? Has something been changed?

    Hi!
    I’m not aware of any changes to this! You should be able to as long as you have this enabled in the tenant. Since you’re an admin I suggest you create a ticket with Microsoft regarding this. If only limited permissions, delegate to an admin with permissions to do so

      Yes, I created a ticket and the issue is resolved 🙂

      In my case, it had to do with an execution policy (remotesigned) that blocked powershell from running the script properly. I don't know why this happened (I didn't change anything.. ). 

      Please see below the summary I received. 

      Now I'm able to upload the Viva Connections files again in the Teams Admin Center.
