Turn off "Automatically identify me in meeting captions and transcripts" for tenant
Is it possible to turn off the "Automatically identify me in meeting captions and transcripts" option for every user in our tenant? We can't find this feature in the admin portal.
AFAIK no. That's a setting decided by the user. Why would you want to turn it off for everyone? Isn't it great to see who is speaking?
Due to privacy legislation in our country (The Netherlands, but I think this counts for the whole EU) it is not allowed to register this personal data
- Perhaps just use Live captions then and not the transcriptions as the former isn't saved anywhere.
