Transferring Shared Files to Microsoft Teams

I prefer not syncing everything to move documents. Using SharePoint to drag and drop files works fairly well, unless it's 10k+ files in a folder.
Also Internet Explorer has an option to "Open with Explorer" in the views that will allow you to drag and drop without syncing files down.

As for file types there shouldn't be, but you can customize this in the SharePoint admin center.
