Training Videos area in Teams

Hi,

My org would love some kind of org wide training video area in Teams. Hopefully via an app found on the left side bar where an employee can click and then see a host of videos split up by areas of the business. Here they can open the videos and watch them at their pleasure.

Is there anything out there which could accommodate this? Stream only picks up 'My watchlist' and Youtube can only be made inside channels which isnt what we are looking for.
