there's some kind of new update and i can't see others' video
i opened up teams this morning for an online lesson, and when i joined the first meeting, the formatting of the peoples' icons was different. on top of that, i couldn't see others' video, and i knew ...
I resolved this issue for a colleague by re-installing the Teams client. I did not uninstall the existing installation. Installed over the top.

I have seen this issue many times in MTC and the above solution has done the trick so gonna put best response on it.
