there's some kind of new update and i can't see others' video
i opened up teams this morning for an online lesson, and when i joined the first meeting, the formatting of the peoples' icons was different. on top of that, i couldn't see others' video, and i knew ...
I resolved this issue for a colleague by re-installing the Teams client. I did not uninstall the existing installation. Installed over the top.

Many users have this problem, there is no solution from Microsoft as far as I know.
seems to me the only solution is to use teams in the browser until they release a bug fix 😕
