There is no "Join a team with a code" option
All of my coworkers can access our meeting via a code that one of them sent to us, but I can't insert it because I don't have that option. If I click on "Join or create a team", my only available opt...
- After contacting two Microsoft's operators with no success, the third one finally figured out my problem.
I don't know why, but I should have subscribed with the institutional email in order to unlock all the other options like "join a team with code". I instead used my personal email account, that's why it was a very limited and bugged version.
I hope that someone else who is going to lose his sanity like me for that problem, will find that post usefull
I'm having the same problem and I created my account using my business email. None of my coworkers have the "Join a Team with a Code" button either. Is this maybe because we have a free account and not the premium paid version? We are all missing a very important meeting for a bid right now and I'm going crazy trying to figure it out!
