Temas Public Preview - Not keeping the settings
Hi all,
Not sure if anyone is having the same issue but recently, we notice that the Teams Public Preview toggle box is unticking automatically and every morning I need to ticked back again not to mention, that I've notice is going back to the "classic" settings where chats and teams are separated. The only around is to quit teams and reopen and it goes back to the new streamline chats & channels all in one place.
Also, just this week alone I got about 4 updates on Teams, any seem the same behaviour?

I'm having the same issue.
I'm having the exact opposite problem. The "public preview" box keeps checking, even after I uncheck it. With it being checked, Teams' "preview" changes keep getting applied to my app (e.g., combining Teams and Chats into the Chat category) and while that may be nice for some people, I can't have that, I need the two kept separate. To correct it, I have to manually uncheck it, log out of my account, then log back in. Every. Single. Day. How do I get this corrected?
This will become the default view soon, so wouldn't it be better to change the view to 'separate' in the settings for chat & channels, rather than turning off preview?
No, it wouldn't. And again, that's a change that Microsoft "thinks" benefits everyone in the global workplace and it doesn't. Thankfully, it appears our Teams administrator felt the same way and corrected the issue on the enterprise level because magically it's not happening anymore.
