Teams wont ring on an iPhone

Hi,

I have a work phone with the Teams app installed and a generic (reception) user account has been signed into Teams on this mobile. This account has also been EV enabled and has a telephone number. In Teams, you can search for the account name and dial it ok.

Issue- The account has also been added to a call queue and is present in that queue but if you ring the telephone number associated with the call queue, Teams does not ring on the mobile.

If you dial the telephone number associated with the account it also doesnt ring but goes to voicemail.

Any ideas appreciated. Thanks

    You do not say if your work phone is Android or an iPhone. In my experience on iPhone you need to make sure that the Teams app has been open recently for it to ring. This may be because of the app management on iOS.

    I have found Android to be a much more reliable OS for receiving Teams notifications and calls
