- smithje3Mar 21, 2023Brass ContributorThanks. Our licenses came from our action pack. The partner support portal sent us back to Teams support where it took 9 days to get a reply. We finally got a reply.
- Sean_KellyDec 07, 2023Copper ContributorI've found Voice support to be slow and lacking as well. Do you recall what the solution was? I have a client who is dropping calls frequently.

Sean_Kelly We worked with a third party provider who said they implemented a workaround for Teams SIP. Microsoft kept making certificate changes on their end and the network had a hard time keeping up. There were also some servers being taken out of service that Microsoft didn't tell all the involved parties about. We've not had any issues for 6 weeks.
