Teams Video Conference with a person who do not have Teams
Hey Guys,
I guess it is an already asked question but I do not find the thread. So I am using the Office 365 E3 version, in which MS Teams is included. Now I wanna schedule a video conference with two other people: One of them is in my team (so no problem at all) and the other one is a client, whose company does not use MS Teams. Is it possible to have a video conference with him without that he has to download the software? For example via browser access?
Best regards! And I am sorry if this topic is already discussed. In this case please forward me :-)
- Was just about to say!! Firefox isn’t supported :)

I have a similar question. I want to have a video meeting with a client in another country. How do I go about setting it up?
- Yes! This is possible! Once clicking the link a browser will open and he/she can join anonymously and enter a name! The person can also download the teams client and choose to use the client without login in to join the meeting!

Thanks for your quick response but I still do not know how it works. When I send him an email invitation to join a meeting and he clicks "join the meeting" the following (see attached file, sorry it is in german) opens. There is only the option to download Teams and not an automatically connection to the meeting. Or am I wrong?
- What browser is this?
