Teams Video call goes to phone instead of the computer app
Our company has the Teams App installed both on our computer and phone. Sometimes when I initiate a video call to a coworker, it rings on their phone instead of their computer. They don't even have the app open on their phone. How can I choose to accept the video call on my phone or computer?
- If I had to guess, they were away status on the desktop or had focus assist / DnD enabled, which I don't think the phone respects status's currently as it uses the mobile devices phone stream directly.

In Teams, click the three dots in the upper right. Then "Settings", then "Calls"
Select "Calls ring me"
If unanswered choose "Voicemail"
