Teams Telefon - auto-attendant - business hours

Good morning,

 

I have a problem with the auto-attendant because I can't close it for 24 hours. Yes, I can remove the hook, but then the auto-attendant stops responding and no recording starts. So I need to open from 11:45pm to 12:00am to close for 23 hours and 45 minutes.

Does anyone know this problem and perhaps have a solution?

 

How did I configure the telephone system? I have two “auto attendants” and one “call queue”. The phone number is assigned in first auto attendant. The first auto attendant will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and has a band announcement (outside opening hours). The second auto attendant is also set for 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but here I have added a lunch break from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. The second auto attendant has an answering machine. The call flow of the first auto attendant is redirected to the secound auto attendant. And the call flow of the secound auto attendant is redirected to the call queue.

    Day 1 00:00 AM to Day 2 00:00 AM.
