Teams Tags not loading
Some of our users are receiving the following error when clicking on the Tags tab within a Team:
"We can't get the list of tags right now"
I have confirmed that tags are enabled in the team channel.
These users are on the most recent version of New Teams but are still unable to use some of the tags and cannot manage tags in the Tags tab either.
Some things we have tried so far:
- Clearing Teams cache
- Reinstalling Teams
- Signing out and signing back in
- Removing and adding users back to the Team channel

- I just experienced this with one private channel. Tried to create my first tag in that private channel, saved it, then received the error "We can't get the list of tags right now". Tried creating a tag in a different teams group as a test, worked OK, no errors. Any solutions?
I am facing the same issue, but what is strange that in the same group one private channel and in the general it is working, in the other private channel it is the same error as above.
