Teams switch standard app to open documents

Hi,

In Teams desktop app and opening office files with more option (or at settings section), I can choose to edit i Teams, open in Web or open in app. So far so good. But to change standard I only get edit in Teams and open in Web, open in app is missing.
Now, this is at a customer site and only for some users.
All users have Business Premium so it's not a license issue.

For some users this happened some time ago and what I can recall it was something about reinstall office and teams but not sure and this time that's not helping.

I also checked for all updates and version is 2212 Build 16.0

I thought if I choose more option and open in app I would get a pop up window to ask me if I want to set this as standard but it does not.
