Teams SIP Gateway ATA Support for Fax

Fax is not supported with Microsoft SIP Gateway, We have third party support is coming to SIP Gateway to support the fax.

We are using fax with Microsoft SIP device with Audiocodes Mediapack 114,118 and 124. On the Mediapack configure SIP signaling method either Fax Fallback or G711 to work with Microsoft SIP gateway.

- This is right and the best answer while using FAX with Team and Audiocodes ATA, I tried it, and it works perfectly. Thanks mohanv1325

RealTime_M365 Just to be clear here, when you say "We" - you're not referring to Microsoft and the native SIP Gateway solution. You're referring to your own company and a solution you may be developing right? Your response has been adding some confusion.

Do you mean by that it's possible only if we use a fax adapter at the client end? or This kind of support is not available yet in general?
