I recommend implementing a SharePoint intranet with dedicated department-specific sites. This approach not only strengthens security and governance practices but also ensures that all essential information—such as news, employee recognition, quick links, and staff details—is available in one central location. To drive greater user adoption, the intranet can be enriched with features like an employee directory, events calendar, and a structured SOPs library. In addition, we have developed an internal marketplace solution(CV Classified) that enables transact-able business across large organizations, fostering seamless cross-department collaboration and engagement.
