Teams Rooms Issue and Yealink MVC800
Hi All. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction with this one... I have set up a teams room to use with a Yealink MVC 800 solution. I am finding that the scrren is stuck on 'signing in' and goes no further... The strange thing is i can start a new meeting and invite a user and it works without issue. If i log onto the windows back end system as admin i can run teams and log in without a problem.
Is there anyone out there that may have experienced this issue?
- Andy_Z2225Copper ContributorYes have been having ongoing issues with the Yealink MVC800 since a few months. Ranging from sign-in issues occurring randomly, drop outs, when joining a white screen occurs on the tv, mics sometimes doesn't work, connecting to the mshare has rebooted the device. Have been updating all the software.
After logging in as a Teams client without the Teams Room Connect the sign-in issues stopped but the camera still plays up. Just doesn't function how it should. BenRooke I find it useful to look at the Azure AD sign in logs, can show you reasons why auth isn't working on a device that's not sharing errors. Often this is related to authenticating to the calendar.
