Teams QoS and local Internet egress

Question for the Teams / 365 admins here - Have you implemented both local site egress and QoS in the same physical locations?  If so, does your reporting and feedback show that adding QoS in addition to local egress has additional positive impact on call and meeting quality, or should local site egress be "enough"?
