Teams PSTN report called Number Showing as Anonmyous

Hello TeamRecently i took PSTN - Direct Routing report from teams admin center and found few are the caller ID as stamped as anonymousi checked the caller ID policy belowIdentity : GlobalDescription :EnableUserOverride : FalseServiceNumber :CallingIDSubstitute : LineUriBlockIncomingPstnCallerID : FalseIdentity : Tag:cloudmonkeysAnonymousDescription :EnableUserOverride : TrueServiceNumber :CallingIDSubstitute : LineUriBlockIncomingPstnCallerID : False&nbsp;" Global policy" caller ID policy is applied to the users showing as anonymous .

To clarify, what is the exact report name you're looking at? As for the actual report lines, is it showing the direction of the call (in/out/bot in/bot out/etc), and who is showing up as anonymous (caller/callee)? Is it all calls, or just some calls?

jangliss : i took the PSTN Report from Teams Admin center and where some caller ID is showing as anonymous for the call type ByoutoutNote : am ramki40.
