Teams PSTN report called Number Showing as Anonmyous
Hello Team Recently i took PSTN - Direct Routing report from teams admin center and found few are the caller ID as stamped as anonymous i checked the caller ID policy below Identity : Global Desc...
To clarify, what is the exact report name you're looking at? As for the actual report lines, is it showing the direction of the call (in/out/bot in/bot out/etc), and who is showing up as anonymous (caller/callee)? Is it all calls, or just some calls?
