Teams Phone without country prefix
When I dial a domestic PSTN number without a country prefix, Germany's prefix gets added automatically. If I specify a country prefix, it dials without any issue.
Any idea where to look?

The Country Prefix is applied from your Country Location which is pre-build on your account while the account is created on the Microsoft 365. You can verify the same from the following location:-
1. Login to portal.office.com
2. Navigate to the User Tab and Search for your User Account
3. Now Open your account and go the licenses tab. First attribute will be your country.
