Teams Phone License already assign but cannot Use
Hello Guys, I have a problem for using teams phone standart licensed for internal call only. i already assign teams phone licensed on user account but still cannot connect, could You help me guy...
Hi,
With the Teams Phone Standard License did you also assign the user with the Microsoft Calling Plans or Teams Direct Routing or Teams Operator Connect services for the PSTN Services. Teams Phone Standard will only provide you with the PBX services but you need the PSTN license like Microsoft Calling Plans or Teams Direct Routing or Teams Operator Connect for the calling functionality to work for the users.
