Teams Phone Force Check-in

Is there any way to force a check-in of a Microsoft Teams phone from the Teams Admin Center? When I try to do a remote sign-off or restart on a phone from TAC, I sometimes have to wait 30 minutes for the phone to pick up the command. The phones I am working with are Yealink MP56 Teams phones.

    Hi Peter_Joseph, No, you still have to wait that the Microsoft backend contact the phone and sign off or restart the phone. Only workaround would be to use the phone web interface or to use the Yealink device manager.

      hbunkradt Thanks for the response, but I don't see any way in the phone's web interface to sign out a user.

      I am not familiar with the Yealink device manager. Can I get that from Yealink's website?
