Teams own camera shows grey window in meetings

We Experience a problem in Teams where you can't see your own camera in meetings or the preview in settings. The other participants in meetings can see you and the user also can see the others participants .

This error occurred now by around 10 People (Lenovo L13 gen1,2, Lenovo E14, Lenovo E490, Lenovo X1 Carbon, Lenovo T14) with Integrated Webcams and External Cameras (Noname and Logitech Brios).

What we tried by now:

- reinstalling Teams

- reinstalling the whole machine
- installing all updates/fw updates from the Laptop

- trying another camera

side note: clearing the cache or login of from teams works for 2-3 days before this happens again.

Greetings Robin

I found this unverified article: https://www.technipages.com/fix-microsoft-teams-camera-greyed-out#:~:text=1%20Select%20Your%20Camera.%20If%20you%20connected%20an,Teams%20icon%20in%20the%20tray%20and...%20More%20

    If that doesn't work....
