Teams Outlook add-in not saving meeting to Teams Calander

Sent invite via email add-in. Invite accepted but response said 'we couldn't find it in your calandar' and it is indeed not in my Teams calandar ... as this has been sent and accepted by client, how do I now add it to calandar [perhaps from sent email which shows the link!?].
