It seems some of our users are getting updated to a new release and they can no longer access the Outlook Add-In

- Myke_KCopper ContributorI know this is old but just had the same problem but found if you go to Apps & Features then search for 'Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office' the below article says to uninstall it then reopen teams for force reinstall.
HOWEVER I just clicked modify & repair and it worked just fine. If this is common knowledge now then disregard.

Hi SETJH here is Step by step instructions how to Stop Outlook From Disabling Teams

We ran into this issue and the addin was completely unregistered. It appeared to happen during a failed update to the addin.
We were able to resolve it by manually registering the addin using the following script which has to be run in command prompt since powershell will not work.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\regsvr32.exe /n /i:user "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\TeamsMeetingAddin\1.0.20031.2\x64\Microsoft.Teams.AddinLoader.dll"
In our environment we have both 32bit and 64bit office installs and only the 64bit installs would reregister the addin DLL but the 32bit ones failed.
Already had a case open but the answers provided were not helpful or resolve the issue.
- Aussie_skipCopper ContributorSame issue here. Unable to load using 32bit office apps. Going to try and roll back office updates on one of them

Hi SETJH
Can you please check if after the updates by any chance the Add-In is in Disabled State. In case yes then try to Enable the same from the Outlook using the following steps.
1. Open Outlook > Options > Add-in > Last Option Manage > Drop Down > Disable Add-In > Check if Microsoft Teams Add-in for Office is in disabled state.
Try Enabling the same and restart Outlook and Teams Application and see if this fixes the issue.
