Same issue here. Unable to load using 32bit office apps. Going to try and roll back office updates on one of them

Kindly explain your environment. Is affected user a Mac user or Windows user. Where is the user mailbox hosted (fully online or homed on-prem), with (Microsoft or a third party) mail providers.
