Teams not linking to document library
We are having the exact same issue. On the teams client and web version. Create a support ticket today. But no anwsers yet.

Same problem here, registered ticked yeseteday. Checked this morning no solution yet

From what i can tell people have been getting positive results, my tenant is still lagging a bit behind.
I can see the 'folder' for the General channel being created now, but the Files tab is still staring blankly at me when i create a new Team. Giving it another day for the rollout of the fix.
same problem here but it seems not to be in general. one tenant does not have the problem and another has the problem.
The SharePoint site is created but not all links and/or folders
