Teams monitoring incoming calls from @outlook.com address
I wondered if there is anyway to monitor calls in Teams that are coming from @Outlook.com addresses. I don't seem to be able to see the calls even registered/listed within a user's Teams Call histor...
Karen Wild When they call from a @outlook.com address I guess it is a call from Skype consumer you are asking about. When you say monitor the call how do you want to monitor it? You can see it from Teams Admin Center in the call list for the user in your organisation that they called, but it is shown as their Skype ID and not their outlook.com address.
