    Looks like Microsoft is working on fixing it.

    Current status: We've identified a recent service update which is potentially related and we're analyzing this change further to determine our next steps towards mitigation.

    Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and any user attempting to use Gifs in the Microsoft Teams chats is impacted.

This is not sloved ....the whole VA lost thier GIF's ...EVEN THE SECERTARY OF THE VA MADE A COMMENT ON IT THIS MORNING. Please give us back our GIF's it was the one thing that made us Happy.
