    Looks like Microsoft is working on fixing it.

    Current status: We've identified a recent service update which is potentially related and we're analyzing this change further to determine our next steps towards mitigation.

    Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and any user attempting to use Gifs in the Microsoft Teams chats is impacted.

Funny how this is marked as solved, we are still experiencing the same issue.

However, there is a workaround. Apparently, if you hit the Windows key and period (.), you get the hidden gif menu.

Except that when you do that and click on GIF tab it says "GIF service is not available" So close though. I am keeping this trick in my back poscket though for when/if they fix it. Thanks
