how long does it have been since you have activated the conference bridge for your user and assigned the license? For me it took about 24+ hours until I was able to schedule my meetings with the additional functionality. I did not encounter this sproadic issue as you, but maybe you just have to wait a few more hours for the backend to get everything together.

Alright, definitely seems like it was a time-related issue. The invites are going through normally now. Thanks!
