how long does it have been since you have activated the conference bridge for your user and assigned the license? For me it took about 24+ hours until I was able to schedule my meetings with the additional functionality. I did not encounter this sproadic issue as you, but maybe you just have to wait a few more hours for the backend to get everything together.

- Yeah, I've enabled it all just today. As I said, it is very sporadic so that is what is confusing me. If it wasn't working at all I would get that it needs some time to propagate everything. But the fact that the SAME "user@gmail.com" is sometimes receiving the full proper invite and sometimes not is baffling me.
But I'll give it till tomorrow, just to see if it is still happening. Thanks for the answer!
