Teams Meeting recordings not accessible to invitees

Hello,
I'm glad i directly found this thread adressing an issue that we currently observe in a multinational setup where meeting recordings are done to ensure that everyone can catch up independently.

A current "workaround" i have found is to manually access each recording in "Stream"/Sharepoint,

click on the "Share" button, click on "Share", click on "Link settings" and change the "The link works for" Setup.

At least for my recordings. I also had cases in which i was not even able to do this. Quite unfortunate and causing a lot of manual effort and risk of someone forgetting to manually set up the links properly.

Can we get any life sign/update for this from Microsoft side?

And if not, if any community member reads this and has a more feasable workaround: I'd be really glad to improve my current "process" 😁
