Teams Meeting Recording Expired

Question

Hi All,&nbsp;Recorded a meeting on 17th Dec 2020 and looking into it today it says expired. Also does not let me download. However, other meetings recorded on the same day is available. This recording is very important and I need it. What can be done?&nbsp;Thanks in advance!

Seems strange! Although if it's expired its afaik not retrievable..you could create a ticket with Microsoft to sort out what happened!

Niveditha_N&nbsp;&nbsp;I have had exactly the same issue with my recordings done on the 20th Nov 2020 - 3 says expired, but on the same date one is accessible.&nbsp; Please could you let me know urgently if you managed to resolve it.&nbsp; The recordings are very important.&nbsp;Thank!

Hope this helps..Meeting recordings will be available in the meeting chat for a period of 21 days after the meeting. After 21 days, the meeting recordings will no longer be available for download from the chathttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/portal-upload-teams-meeting-recording
