Teams Meeting Notes - How to Ampersand Team owner?

I have set up various Teams to run Projects, and use Meeting Notes to track what is said in meetings. However, although I can use the ampersand  to link to other members of a project, I am unable to ampersand myself. Is there a way to do this?
